Sure thing! Just let us know when you would like to swing by and we can set your order outside, protected. 

Yes! We can choose a stock that we think best fits your project for you. Or you can always come in and select something in person.

Oh but of course! We can special-order paper for you if you are thinking outside of the box! If you already have stock, bring it by and we can let you know if we can print on it. 

Yes! Bring your project by and we can discuss how we can digitize it for you. We can scan, photograph, or recreate in Adobe.

Call us or stop by! Within print, the options are endless! We can work with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. 

High resolution, print quality PDFs are the most reliable file format for printing. It must be a PDF with high resolution images in the CMYK color space with the appropriate bleed. However, we can work with whatever file type you have. This may delay print times as we get your files ready.

Our general turn-around time, as long as we have the paper in stock, is 1-3 business days once completed files are received.

During our busy season (September-December) our turn-around time is 3-5 business days. Worried about getting your mailing out at a specific time? Contact us to get it on our calendar early!

If we think your project will fall outside of this timeline, we will let you know!

Text weight paper refers to paper that’s thin, flexible and lightweight. You may think of standard office printer paper or a book or magazine’s interior pages. Sometimes called book, bond, writing, ledger or offset paper, text weight paper can be coated or uncoated.

Cover weight paper refers to paper that’s thicker and sturdier than text weight paper. At its heaviest, cover stock weight can be similar to the material used to make cereal boxes. Sometimes referred to as cardstock, bristol, index or tag paper, cover stock paper weights can be both coated or uncoated.

Still unsure of what you need for your project? Our team can pick out what we think works best to make your project look and feel amazing! You are also welcome to come in and feel the paper yourself.

Yes! If you would like color or images to print off the edge of the page we need at least a 0.125” safety margin to cut into. The cutting tolerance is 0.125″, and for smaller pieces, the shift in cutting tolerance will be more likely and more noticeable. If all of your artwork is staying within a white border, there is no bleed necessary. We prefer a file with no trim marks on the document.

Example: If you are ordering an 11x17 poster and you want the color to run off the edge, your final document would be 11.25” x 17.25”

The minimum order quantity varies by product. We can print both short and large runs. We do have minimum costs and it may be more cost effective to print larger quantities.

Yes! Thank you for supporting a small business! We happily can ship product to you via UPS or USPS. Just make note of where you would like us to ship to via the form.

We can also split an order and have different quantities here for pickup, or shipped out to multiple places.
